Join our RAAW Wellness Socials for an opportunity to slow down, reflect, let go, & have fun. At the beachfront RAAW House in Hau’ula, O’ahu, we will gather together to share a day of wellness. Daily Yoga sessions, snorkeling & cold plunges, outdoor showers, shared nutritious meals, journaling, meditation, & more!

Our goal is to help you boost your vitality through proven wellness & nutrition methods, unplug from tech, enjoy this island paradise, and create lasting friendships in our community.

Get to Know Your Hosts

Sharonne Gracia

Yoga Teacher

Sharonne experienced a significant shift in her connection with her body and spirit after her first yoga class. The transformative nature of her personal journey inspired her to embark on the path of becoming a certified yoga teacher. She now considers movement a natural medicine and is a devoted and enthusiastic practitioner of many forms.

Having completed both a 200-hour Vinyasa YTT and a 200-hour Ashtanga YTT, Sharonne loves to inspire the same joy in others that the practice inspired in her years ago.

In 2019, Anna earned her 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) certification through Santosha Yoga Institute based in Bali, Indonesia. She has been practicing and teaching ever since, and is now studying Yoga Therapy to help empower diverse bodies & minds through Yogic movement and philosophy.

In addition to serving as a teacher, Anna Gray Morales considers herself a lifelong learner. She inspires in her students a quiet confidence that we, too, can make steady progress in this ancient practice of yoga. Her steady leadership stills in us a sense of calm sureness.

Kai encourages a lifestyle and way of eating that prioritizes real foods sourced from the land and the sea. Fresh fruits and vegetables, humanely-raised meat, wild-caught seafood, whole-grains, and local honey - all of which are minimally processed and free of unnecessary additives commonly found in our supply chain.

By focusing on what we truly need and eliminating what does not serve us, we can nourish both the body and mind.

  • Totally! We make it easy to meet people and share experiences together. During activities, you will have plenty of time to connect with others and have a great time as you are! This is a stress-free place to build community. Come meet some likeminded people!

  • Absolutely! And it is even encouraged. Our events are the perfect place to connect with a friend, going beyond a simple coffee or lunch. Between the yoga, activities and meals, you and your friend will have plenty to talk about. Connect with your people on a deeper level!

    You'll get $15 back for every friend or partner that signs up!

  • Yep! RAAW Socials are a great date idea for couples looking to spend time together doing something unique. Plus, it is a great opportunity to build your community, meeting other couples and friends. Come have a great day with your person!

  • If you would like to swim or participate in the cold plunge, please bring a change of clothes and a towel!

    Otherwise, all essentials will be provided on site from yoga mats, to water and beverages, snacks and a delicious dinner.

  • We would love to have you join us for all three days and see all that we have to offer!
