Sound Bath and Meditation Experience at Plantoem

Enjoy a 15 minute guided meditation followed by an immersive sound massage. Melt your mind away from habitual thinking and come to stillness

Experience the renewing effects of seated meditation with a 15 minute guided meditation, followed by 30 minutes of an immersive sound bath. Traditional Tibetan singing bowls will be placed on, or around, your body to melt your mind away from its habitual thinking. Sink into a state of peace, stillness, and newfound clarity.  

We will create personalized mantra (words to aid concentration in meditation) cards to guide your experience and take your practice home with you. We will close with warm herbal tea + a chance to connect with one another. 

Allow Plantoem’s walls of living plants to inspire your journey. All supplies - yoga mats, tea, & mantra cards - will be provided. 

Please arrive 10 minutes early to ensure we can begin together on a mindful note.
